The fountains mingle with

And the rivers with the

ocean,

The winds of Heaven mix

for ever

Intense the heat,

Shattered plate glass,

Cuts into my feet.

Screams turn to sobbing,

And the wind it howls,

Pushed to the edge,

No safe haven, no hope now.

I cannot hold on any longer,

And the wind, it haunts me,

Fumes they sicken,

Burning ashes floating downward.

Sparks ignited,

Burn my flesh,

Silent screams…

Agony envelopes me.

I stand one last time,

Scorched and blackened,

See the sky so cool and blue,

It is my Heaven!

I step out towards it,

No longer feel the pain,

Falling…

The sky before me,

And the earth rises to greet me,

Breaking me,

I am, no more.
